I scheduled on line,recieved a confirmation, then they cancelled my appt 2 days later! The next availability was 6 weeks later. Other than that, the window cleaners were courteous and efficient. They did a great job leaving me with sparkling windows, fresh clean screens and clean tracks.

They did a great job, for the purchase price agreed upon. Did offer additional service for an additional cost, but did not pressure me at all when I declined. My neighbor was so impressed that he hired them for full price. Offer their service again and I will purchase.

They should called themselves "What a Joke Window Cleaning!" These people are cheats, liars, and worthless con men.Warning to all unsuspecting Groupon members who try to get theses crooks to perform work for the agreed upon Groupon rate. They will show up and try to sell you upcharges for window cleaning. When we refused and asked just for the service they agreed to, they stopped working, packed up, and left saying sorry they couldn't honor Groupons offer. What does this say about Groupon? They are still allowed to advertise on Groupon hoping for more suckers. Does any unscrupulous business get to do this by simply paying Groupon their cut? No more Groupon "deals" for me. I'd rather pay a little more and deal with honest businesses. Anyone else have the same experience with "What a Joke Window Cleaning?"
