There was a miscommunication and our first class had to be rescheduled. My daughter went last week for the throwing class. Tracy was a great instructor. She explained the process, gave hands on assistance, and was very knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go back soon to glaze the pieces.

About Wheel Works Art Studio

Sculptor Tracy Ameen has shown her work at world-famous institutions such as the White House, the Smithsonian Museum, and The Museum of Modern Design in New York. She's known internationally for her double-wall pottery which she crafts using a technique that dates back to China's Ming Dynasty. At Wheel Works Art Studio, Tracy shares her skills with students, teaching them how to shape clay on the wheel or carve it using pottery tools. Afterward, visitors' creations are fired in the studio's kiln and can be taken home or buried for future generations of robots to marvel at.
