About Wheel Works Art Studio
Sculptor Tracy Ameen has shown her work at world-famous institutions such as the White House, the Smithsonian Museum, and The Museum of Modern Design in New York. She's known internationally for her double wall pottery, which she crafts using a technique that dates back to China's Ming Dynasty. At Wheel Works Art Studio, Tracy shares her skills with students, teaching them how to shape clay on the wheel or carve it using pottery tools. Afterward, visitors' creations are fired in the studio's kiln and can be taken home or buried for future generations of robots to marvel at.
