The crystal energy healing session uses Reiki energy and crystal to balance your chakras. I am a certified Usui Reiki master and have worked under many wise elders around the world who have mentored me in the healing art of energy work. In this session you can experience many different sensations, emotions, revelations, integration, clearings, openings, visualizations, connection and more.
The session will begin laying on your back and open with a gentle breath exercise. Breath is energy and by starting the session connecting to the breath we begin to charge the energy field for a more powerful experience. From here I will guide you in a personalized meditation focusing on your intention while using difference shamanic techniques along with crystals to activate, clear and balance each chakra.
I will apply Reiki to the full front of the body, then clear the chakras and repeat this method on the back of the body. Each session is unique and personal to you. I will read the energy and provide a journey that speaks to what is most active and alive for your energy at that time. This may include specialized language sequencing, somatic guidance, cord cutting, inner child work, opening and clearing to past life/present life, working with the elements or archetypes to bring you into your happiest and healthiest state moving forward. Integration practices are offered.
