What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
White Bridge Farm is owned and operated by Nancy Smith who has been instructing for 20 years. She is dedicated to safety and her program is geared for children who are new to horses and riding, as well as to adults & children who have ridden before. We teach English riding & offer lessons & camps.

What is the experience customers can expect?
Children who come to Saturday Young Rider Camp will learn safety around horses, groom a horse, do a barn chore (to learn how much work horses are!) & take a mini lesson to learn the basics of good position in the saddle & control of the horse. An instructor stays beside each child when mounted.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I rode horses as a young girl and they helped me become more confident at school and in college. I also learned to be sensitive to other living things and provide the best care possible for my horses.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing young people love horses like I do and watching them become confident young adults while learning to ride. I love watching them use the skills they learned by being around horses convey to their personal and work lives.
