With more than 8,000 lavender plants growing on the property, the first thing you're likely to notice at White Oak Lavender Farm is the smell. However, this family owned farm in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia is home to more than just this lovely fragrant herb. White Oak Lavender welcomes visitors seven days a week; while here, they can explore the grounds, pick their own lavender, browse more than 100 lavender products in the gift shop, or enjoy a scoop of ice cream in one of the rockers on the covered porch. Other things to do on the farm often include classes and workshops, where visitors might make a lavender wand or a fragrant lavender wreath. We have added a wine tasting room to our facility, which has a dreamy Lavender taste.
