Whole Armor Fitness
Ricky Hicks, Jr. keeps the classes at Whole Armor Fitness small so that each participant can benefit from individualized attention. He targets glutes, legs, abs, and backs during core-strengthening and agility exercises such as tire flips, ladder runs, and even some that don't require garage-based equipment. Each exercise is customized to challenge individual clients, whether they are seasoned athletes or fitness newbies. Ricky also focuses on guiding people into healthier eating habits to help them better achieve their fitness goals.
