About Whole Being Massage
Gwendolyn, the owner of Whole Being Massage and her partner, Jason Ardiles, pay attention to the healing benefits a massage can have. Gwen is a massage therapist with over 10 years of experience as a professional bodyworker. She has been doing massage since 2006, when she graduated from the Providence Institute in Tucson, AZ. Her training there included Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal and Sports Massage, as well as some CranioSacral and Zen Shiatsu. She has since learned Advanced Muscle Reconditioning and is a lifelong student of Breema Bodywork. Most recently, she became certified in Sarga Bodywork, deep myofascial therapy utilizing the practitioner's feet.
Jason is a massage therapist trained in many modalities, from Swedish and Thai massage to specific deep tissue and stretching techniques. He specializes in working with musicians and athletes to treat and prevent injuries, but enjoys working with all types of people. His goal is for his clients to not only leave feeling better than they walked in that day, but also to see long-term improvement in their physical health and performance.
