The tech that came out was great--very detailed, good quality and thorough! The pricing structure of the company is very complex and the use of terms is confusing, e.g walkway, sideway, etc that doesn't mean the connected steps even if it's under the Sq ft. I could go on, but the company could benefit from a more straight forward approach as opposed to trying to define every element of concrete
