$200 for $400 Worth of Personal Training and Nutrition Planning
During personal-training programs, students work one-on-one with a professional fitness coach in eight 30-minute sessions over the course of four weeks. Pupils build strength and burn fat with outdoor workouts, nutritional counseling every two weeks, meal planning, and body-fat testing. The first session runs for up to one hour, with subsequent sessions lasting 30–45 minutes each.
