Wicked Taco began as a noble quest. Founder Todd traversed the country—coast to coast, mountain to valley, and big city to small town—in search of a taco that matched his wildest ideals of authenticity, originality, and, of course, tastiness. Strictly speaking, the quest was in vain—he didn't find the taco of his dreams. Instead, he was inspired to create Wicked Taco so he could try to bring this vision to life. Today, he and his team prepare fresh tacos with mouth-watering ingredients, including local veggies, and tortillas and salsas made fresh every day. Throw in a little creativity, and you get unique creations like The Wicked One, a barbecue brisket taco stuffed with grilled onion, chipotle cream corn, and jack cheese, or the Psycho Billy Cadillac, loaded with rotisserie chicken, grilled pineapple, and guacamole.
