Almost too beautiful to eat, the carefully-plated cuisine at Will Sushi is thoughtfully constructed by experienced sushi chefs working behind a long, dark bar. Here, they roll colorful cuts of fish into specialty maki rolls which then twist across a plate in the shape of a writhing dragon or surrounded by colorful flourishes of house-made sauces. The kitchen works collaboratively with sushi chefs to build bento boxes, which can be customized with components such as salmon and beef teriyaki.
Really fresh food, good sized portions and helpful staff.

Great new sushi joint in the Inner Sunset. Fresh ingredients and an artful presentation. Try the Fire Dragon Roll, a spicy take on an old favorite, served with the plate actually lit on fire. The Philly Roll had the feel of authentic New York lox and cream cheese inside. The bento box is huge and included some of the best tempura we've had. Very nice and accommodating staff made a dinner with our two year old daughter as easy as pie. The food was so great she ate almost as much as we did. We'll definitely be back.
