Groupon holders will need to arrange international flights and visas, and must contact the merchant to redeem their Groupons by May 1, 2012.

Day 1: Guides will meet guests arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport and shuttle them to their hotel in Arusha.
Day 2: The group departs for Lake Manyara National Park, a small park marked by the dramatic Great Rift Valley. There, guides will navigate extended Land Cruisers in search of lions, leopards, and elephants, as well as hippos wading in Lake Manyara. Each Cruiser seats four visitors, who can easily snap photos out of the windows or pop-up roof. Everyone will overnight near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Day 3: Explore the breathtaking Ngorongoro, a former mountain that is now a crater sunk 1,800 feet and a rich pasture home to about 30,000 animals. Because its open grasslands are easy to police, endangered species such as black rhinos and cheetahs thrive inside “Africa’s Eden.”
Days 4–5: Groups sightsee out of a mobile camp in the Serengeti National Park, home to huge populations of lions and leopards.
Day 6–7: The safari moves on to the Mara River valley, hoping to see the migration of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles as they move south.
Day 8: The group flies back to Arusha and eats lunch together before heading to the airport.

About William Cowger's African Photo Safaris and Workshops
Renowned wildlife photographer William Cowger regularly heads out on safari, where he’s grown familiar with the grasslands, craters, and riverbeds frequented by wildebeests, gazelles, zebras, and more. Some of the sights he’s seen—from the chilly depths of the Ngorongoro crater to the annual great migration—inspired him to begin leading safaris of his own. Since 2006, he’s led more than 15 trips, leading amateur shutterbugs and adventurers to prime animal-watching areas. Like the best roller coasters and the worst science experiments, his trips prioritize safety, and experienced guides stay with guests every step of the way as they cruise around the Serengeti.
