Williamson is one of the best wineries ever. From the amazing service to the delectable wines and the incredible pairings they do. Every time we’re in the area it’s a must. This is the first time we were able to do the food pairing and it was absolutely delicious. Jo was knowledgeable and friendly and taught us a lot about how the chemistry of food/wine pairings change the flavors. Just go!
