The Gottman Method was created from results of over 40 years of scientific research and is designed to improve communication, manage conflict and create closeness. My training from Terry Real is currently one of the most innovative approaches to couples work. I apply his methods which quickly identify unproductive patterns then help you to stop the cycle. 

Sessions are available online over Zoom or "in person" if you are in the San Diego area.
