Q:

Would I be able to come into your store with a flash drive of some potential photos so as to speak with you or someone else as to what they would look like blown up to a 20x24 size, including what cropping would be involved and the image quality? Are their options for the border, i.e. can I have a black border rather than the actual photo wrapped around? Thanks.

Jolie T.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

You can drop off the image at the store and show us the image you want. The Groupon is for a gallery wrap which we will mirror the image and put it on the sides. If you want to spend a lot of time looking at images and cropping and adjusting we would charge our hourly rate of $75 for whatever time you use. Brett

Q:

1. Do you print the images in-house, or, outsource to a vendor? 2. If in-house, do you use an Epson or Canon printer? Which model? How long has your print technician been printing? Do you include color correction? 3. If you outsource, do you use Bay Photo, or another vendor? If not Bay Photo, which vendor? I'm asking all of these questions because they are not addressed in your faqs. Printing on canvas is not a push-button process Thank you

A:

Hi there, we print in-house using an Epson Pro 9890. I have been doing digital printing for around 15 years. Brett

Q:

Is this possible to do with a graduation photo that we already have? It was taken by the company that photographed the graduation.

Pamela M.  asked on  Jul 16, 2012

A:

If the image qaulity is good we could scan it to create a digital file. That would be an extra charge of $25 to get it digitized.

Q:

Does the canvas print wrap around the edges? And what are the thickness options of the edges? Does the back come with an option to mount/hang the canvas? Thanks

Kim R.  asked on  Jul 16, 2012

A:

Yes, they are gallery wrapped and ready to hang. Depending on the size of the image we can do 1/2" up to 1 1/2" stretcher stock.

Q:

Do these canvas prints require framing? Are they gallery wraps - designed to hang without framing?

mark s.  asked on  Jul 16, 2012

A:

Thanks for asking, they are gallery wrap images on a 1" stretcher bar that can be hung without a frame.
