Owner was beyond knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with wine suggestions. We were visiting the area over the long weekend and really had a pleasant experience at Wind Rose Cellars. Would return here, as well as recommend.

What a great deal! A couple snacks of your choosing, 2 wine glasses to keep, yummy wine (5 tastes each person), and really nice service in a quaint little shop on Main St. of Sequim.

About Wind Rose Cellars

Based in Washington state, Wind Rose Cellars began as a joint project by husband-and-wife team, David Volmut and Jennifer States. Their focus was to produce high-quality wine from rare Italian varieties, like dolcetto, nebbiolo, and orange muscat, not commonly found in the state. Frequent trips to Italy have allowed the couple to develop the depth and character of their wine with notes from the Old Country, culminating in a few awards from international wine competitions. From the start of their professional wine-making in 2009, production has expanded to around 1,800 cases, and the winery sees frequent wine-tastings and live music events.
