More Questions and Answers

Q:

If I use this groupon and do not decide to continue with the service, how do I return the cooler box? Is there a deposit for it, or are the products delivered in something different for this offer?

Kathryn S.  asked on  Feb 25, 2013

A:

Hi Kathryn, the products are delivered in a cooler bag. We will come pick this up if you do not wish to have service with us anymore. Also, we waive the deposit for this since we want to get our products into potential customers hands. Thank you!

Q:

It says on the webpage you have to order at least 40 times or pay a $49.99 fee for the cooler. Is that true if I just try it with this promotion? I'm nervous about the fee but I really want to try this since my husband and i just bought our first house and I would love to have produce and milk delivered! We'are always running out with 2 toddlers!

Q:

It says valid for new customers who have not had services in the last 6 months. I have not had services in the last 6 months, but I am not new (had it a couple of years ago). Still eligible?

karen t.  asked on  Feb 20, 2013

A:

As noted in the Fine Print on the deal page, "Valid only for new clients or those who haven't received services in the last 6-months.” You are not a new client but you have not used their services the past 6 months, so you are eligible for this offer.
