Q:

What is the biggest group you can accommodate during one time slot? when reserving the most is 4 jet skis? so either 4 individual riders or 8 (4 jet skis and 2 riders on each)?

Martin B.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

yes, usually 2 riders, if old enough, can switch on the water driver/passenger. or the group can divide the ride up in smaller time increments and do changes at that time period. i hope this helps!

that is something that you would have to contact groupon about, when you transacted or purchased the deal, that is done through them, not us. hope this helps!

Q:

Do they have lockers available to put your clothes, wallets, etc.? How far away is the closest parking? Thanks! Jan S.

Jan S.  asked on  May 4, 2013

A:

yes, we are able to hold onto your personal belongings during your ride. If youd rather not keep your stuff with us, there are lockers on the beach, but you have to bring your own lock. there is also parking all along the streets there, as well as pay lots. the street parking is free though! hope this answers your questions!

Q:

Not sure if it was asked already, but what's the difference between jet ski rental and jet ski tour?

Monica W.  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

a rental is a normal ride within our boundaries. a tour is a guided ride towards other areas and views of the city. Hope this helps!

Q:

I have a party of four and would like to know if I can split the time with two others . 30 minutes each with 2 individuals on the jet ski .

Karina S.  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

if you purchased an hour voucher, and you'd like to have 2 seperate pairs each take 30 minutes, that is perfectly fine! the only thing is that we have a fee for that is and is a $10/additonal rider fee. hope this helps answer your question!

Q:

Why does this expire 90 days after purchase when the place doesn't open for another month? Shouldn't it be 90 days after it opens???

Lori K.  asked on  May 2, 2013

A:

it say 30 days because thats what groupon has changed heir expiration period to, but we will honor it until our season is over on labor day weekend, so you can use it anytime this season! hope this helps!

Q:

I want to purchase 2 groupons- one for me and one as a gift for my husband. However I saw the limit per 1 visit. Does that mean if my husband and I book a reservation that we can only use 1 groupon even though we both have a groupon to use? Or can we both use our groupon?

Kelly C.  asked on  May 2, 2013

A:

you can both use them at the same time. When you book, simply book 2 half hours during the same time. so you will have to make 2 seperate reservations, but this way you both can be on the water at the same time! we look forward to seeing you guys this summer.

Q:

when you go to the place must one of the people be the card holder? like for example i used my friend's card but me and and my brother going. is that ok? or does our friend (the card holder) must be present?

KayRachel  asked on  May 2, 2013

A:

yes, for insurance purposes, one of the riders must be the owner of the card which we hold. We hold a card in case of damage, and if something were to happen where we had to charge the card, we wouldnt want that fee disputed because the card owner was not present.... So yes, card holder must be present.

Q:

when it says limit one per person. does that mean one jet skii for two people that can ride it? because i want one jet ski but two people on that one jet ski. so how many do i but one?

Eileen A.  asked on  May 2, 2013

A:

you would only need to buy 1 voucher. to have someone else ride with you on that jetski is just a $10 fee due at the time of rental. hope that helps clarify.
