What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? At Wine Down Salon we specialize in healthy hair care. We use superior products to achieve the hair goals of our guests. Our treatments include the Rare Marula Oil Treatment, Keratriplex Treatment, and Awapuhi Wild Ginger Smoothing system. All treatments repair, strengthen, and moisturize the hair.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Our inspiration behind Wine Down Pm Salon was to give our guests a place to have a great and relaxing experience, all while being serviced by talented professionals. Our guests will not leave the same way they came.
What do you love most about your job? What I love most about being a hair care professional is that I am delivering a superior experience tailored to the needs of each guest. I anticipate my guests’ needs so that I am always providing the best hair styling atmosphere. I love knowing that I can make my guest’s day by doing what I love.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I have many clients. All of which leave my chair with a smile and gleam in their eyes. The best reaction I've gotten was when one of my guest referred her whole family and most of her friends to me. She also invites me over for holidays, because I make my guests feel at home.
