The spot offers a blending class and hands-on tasting session, where participants become well-versed in wine before getting the chance to make their own one-of-a-kind blend. After choosing whether they'd like red or white, guests sample four or five different 100% varietal wines, which will coalesce into their signature wine. Then, they can enjoy a glass on the spot, and bottle, cork, and personally label the rest of their impressive concoction.
