I did what was written in the instructions, to the letter when my bill came up, my $75 Groupon coupon was not taken off the bill....WHY??

If you entered the Redemption Code in the Groupon box at checkout and hit Apply, the discount should have showed up on the next screen. Please call customer service at 800-615-7304 and they'll help get you your discount.
