I had an allergic reaction after I got my lashes done. This was not my first time, but my eyes were sore for three days after and still continued to burn on the fourth day.

This owner is a fraud, she marked my voucher as used but I never was serviced. I called she said she would call back to schedule apt and she never did. Sad that people will lie just for business. The one star is only because I had to give at least one.

Ashley when did you call? we don’t do call and see first. if at the time you call you don’t have a Groupon we don’t honor the Groupon that you haven’t purchased, yes call us back once you purchase and we will verify and book that simple DONT call then purchase a Groupon it doesn’t work like that.

Really horrible. I had a lash curl and tint done here—the chemicals were burning my eyes through the whole process, there was excess product dripping down my face and into my eyelids throughout. I have had my lashes treated enough times to know this should not be the case. When the tech finished my lashes were absolutely fried—curling completely backwards, clumps were stuck to my lids, stuck together, sticking in all different directions. The worst of all is that when I reached out to the owner and shared my experience she said she would refund me and then ghosted me and never sent the refund. I’ve called and texted and no response. Absolutely horrible. Save your eyeballs and eyelashes do not let them touch you.

this is a school it say academy. These are students and as we discussed u only put a bad review because you wanted a refund and Groupon refused becthis is a school. when offered to redo by a instructor you declined. You mentioned nothing about your eyes burning and as you stated you will put the following review up here if I don’t give you a refund. you paid Groupon not me I can’t give you anything I never received. if you are looking for free service this is not the way to go you have had service with us before so this is the reason you came back. this is a learning environment it’s a school
