Firstly, scheduling the shoot took forever and I was absolutely disappointed by the pictures. It was not professional at all we received the CD with all the pictures including out if focus and the shoot was indoors because of the winters..there was not set up for lighting and all pictures had shadows in them. I think going to Studio at JCP or Baby r us would have provided much better results. I would say concept is dependent on personal taste but having provided pictures that were technically faulty, not crisp nor properly edited was ridiculous.
