Trainer Ray Norris has spent his entire life in the thralls of physical activity. He started at the age of four with karate classes before moving on to weight training and competitive bodybuilding. That lifelong love of the physical was a natural bridge for him later when he decided to further his knowledge of the human body with massage therapy and yoga. Today he has gathered all his fitness knowledge and created his warrior training program which includes such classes as Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Butts, & Guts, Boxing & Bodybuilding, Self Defense & Sculpting, and Rebuild & Rehab. During the program, he collaborates with guests on custom workout regimens based on their preferences and strengths. With his team of instructors, he leads groups through classes that tackle boxing, bodybuilding, self defense, and healing yoga to help get all participants in fighting shape.
