What You'll Get
Without a healthy outlet for physical activity, restless limbs have been known to act out in dangerous ways, such as arm-wrestling grizzlies or miming Celine Dion lyrics. Keep your gams and hands entertained with today's Groupon: for $15, you get one month of ladies' kickboxing classes at Wiseman's Martial Arts (a $60 value), located in Mt. Pearl.
Wiseman's Martial Arts propels kickboxing aficionados and novices to the next level with cardio-blasting classes and a gym equipped to spawn Canadian National Kickboxing champions. One month of ladies' cardio kickboxing (a $60 value) pushes buns into a body-sculpting oven and bakes them until they become firm enough to scare off embittered beanbag chairs. Each session includes punches, kicks, plyometrics, sit-ups, and more. Roundhousers can attend up to three classes a week, which swiftly strike weekday evenings and weekend afternoons. Fifty-minute classes are available Monday–Thursday at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
Although Wiseman's Martial Arts offers one week of free classes for new students, this Groupon is valid for one month of classes and is good for new and current students.

About Rock Athletics
Robbie Wiseman earned his black belt in kenpo karate at age 11, going on to earn an International Kickboxing Federation world-championship belt. He found that the discipline gleaned from kenpo helped him in school and beyond. Through Rock Athletics, he shares the same philosophies that bettered his life with students, inviting parents and children to train side by side and to learn time-tested techniques for improving focus or dealing with bullies.
Beyond kenpo-karate training, the gym also offers fitness boot camps and cardio-kick-boxing classes. Whether you're studying martial arts or just getting in shape, the fully matted 8,700-square-foot facility provides ample space to work up a sweat or play pickup games of Cirque du Soleil.
