If I could give zero star I would I went for a oil change and they broke the gear shifter in my car

They were great. I arrived early for my appointment and they took my car right away. They finished quickly and I was out in around 30 minutes. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

On December 19, 2002, I used a Groupon voucher for a Total Alignment at Wiygul Automotive Clinic – Burke. I scheduled an appointment at 0700 AM, the Service Manager after a little confusion on how to use the voucher he honored Total Alignment. Upon completion he handed me the before and after results and said it was the best he could do to get it aligned. I said, what does that mean; without explanation or solution without adding parts this is the best he could do. I bought this car new, it is very well maintained and in excellent condition. It is obvious they did not care and to do the right procedure because it was discounted through Groupon. I will never go back, would not recommend and will have Nissan do a professional alignment in February when I get it inspected. Wasted my time and money!
