Customer service here is excellent. When I walked in the door all of the staff spoke. The attendant greeted me by name (assuming they knew it based on my appointment time and vehicle). The store was clean, plenty of seating, wifi, workspace, and tv. They also have a system that alerts you when your car is ready. This sytem also send pictures and recommendations with pricing that you can review and approve/decline. I liked this feature because it allows the customer personal time to think without feeling pressured and you can always refer back to it.

I’ve been waiting here for 2 hours and my car is still sitting in the parking lot not yet serviced i’m just here for an oil change. They said it’s backed up but my appointment was at 12:30. If I have an appointment I shouldn’t be waiting this long.
