Q:

Do you do skylights?

Kellen M.  asked on  Mar 8, 2013

A:

We do most skylights as long as the roof is walkable or we can reach it with an extension pole. Skylights are also valid with this Groupon deal as long as they are no higher than 2 stories from the ground.

Q:

What is considered one window? I have the kind of windows that have two panes that crank outward have a transom on top. They are about 7 ft high.

Marcia H.  asked on  Mar 6, 2013

A:

It sounds like you have french windows, which may count as two or three windows, depending on their size. For an accurate estimate for your home, please reach out to the business at (724) 895 - 3536.

Brette V.  from  Groupon  replied on  Mar 7, 2013

A:

It really depends on the width of each glass panel. Usually if a panel is taller than 5 feet it is in itself considered 1 window. I you are unsure about it text a picture to 724 895 3536 or email wojcikwindowwashing@gmail.com & i can accurately estimate what each window would count as.

Q:

live on Southside, so distance is okay, but have only 8 windows, and 2 story glass/glassblock back wall; would the offer apply or should I just get an estimate on having house done? thanx much

Ellen B.  asked on  Mar 6, 2013

A:

Option 1 is for 25 windows or up to 50 regular panes, and Option 2 is for 35 windows or up to 70 regular panes. I suggest reaching out to the business at (724) 895 - 3536 as they may need more information about your glass wall to see how it would factor into the Groupon offer.

Brette V.  from  Groupon  replied on  Mar 7, 2013

A:

The glass block would apply for this deal. If you could text a picture of the entire glass block section from the ground i can accurately rate this job as well as advise you which option would fit best.

Q:

Is there an additional fee for removing the screens windows?

Kellen M.  asked on  Mar 6, 2013

A:

If the screens have to be removed from the inside there would be a $0.75 cent charge per screen including removal & replacement. If the screens can be removed from the outside there is no extra charge but they would need to be unlocked by the customer.

Brette V.  from  Groupon  replied on  Mar 7, 2013

A:

We also clean screens if your interested. If you remove and replace the screens we can wash, shampoo & dry them for $1.50 each or $2.25 each if we take them out clean them & put them back in.
