Wok n' Hot
Wok n' Hot's owner, Carrie Thomason, knows a thing or two about healthy eating. As both an executive chef and a bodybuilder, Thomason prides herself on knowing how to create meals that satisfy appetites and tastebuds without adding to the waistline. As such, she's made sure that the Wok n'Hot menu has plenty of options her guests can feel good about, and healthy ingredients such as skinless chicken breast, fresh veggies, and lean angus flank steak are prominent on the menu. Appetizers include homemade steak jerky or lettuce wraps filled with mushrooms and minced chicken, leading the way for main courses such as brown rice ramen noodles with Napa cabbage, bean sprouts, and other veggies, or spicy skinless General Tso chicken. What's more, her kitchen staff is always happy to accommodate special requests by customizing any dish to meet the diner's dietary needs.
