What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Individuals will be trained by NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Jordan Jones, who has trained people in weight training, military preparation, power tumbling, kettlebell lifting, functional movement, and cardio-respiratory fitness.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By helping each person find a goal that challenges them but is also achievable. Also by reassessing and establishing new goals for them to strive for.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to develop a business that was specific to helping people live healthier active lifestyles at an affordable rate.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people becoming empowered by the development of their abilities. When you see happiness in someone’s eyes—happiness that you helped them achieve—words truly cannot describe the sense of accomplishment.
