Groups of up to 20 men and women of all fitness levels complete high-intensity functional-training exercises that involve battle ropes, hurdles, and Crossfit movements. A brightly colored 12,500 square-foot studio filled with Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment, 10ft climbing walls, and obstacle courses enables students to tone muscles and build endurance in group settings, in one-on-one sessions, and in sneak-attack nighttime lessons.
