I made an error in my ordering and the representative was very helpful and courteous. The error was corrected and my grandson got his first box without a problem. So happy with this company.

The boxes are great. You do have to pay extra for shipping ($5 per box) but Groupon offers a great price so the total is reasonable. My kiddos love Womple Boxes.

I love the box! It is a rich educational experience that my daughter (7) and I both enjoyed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I feel the price was slightly deceptive through Groupon. It is the same price, if not a few dollars higher than you can get on the site with one of their specials. The price is fair for what you get, just please don't think you're getting a great deal through Groupon.
