Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Appointment required, contact by phone at (727)408-4083. Must sign waiver. Failing to do so will mean we will have to reschedule your appointment. We do not give refunds unless the quality of work, does not meet our high standards. In the uncommon event that you develop a reaction within 24 hours, we will gladly assess the situation and if need be. All cancellations/rescheduled appointments are to be given within a 24 hour notice! If you fail to give a 24 hour notice, there will be a charge of $25.00. In the event of a same day emergency or weather conflict, please notify us as soon as you can, and the fee will be discussed. We do require a credit card on file for all clients, in the case of a no-show or cancellation within less than 24 hours, we will charge the card on file accordingly, by the end of the business day.
