All cancellations/rescheduled appointments are to be given within a 24 hour notice! If you fail to give a 24 hour notice, there will be a charge of $25.00. In the event of a same day emergency or weather conflict, please notify us as soon as you can, and the fee will be discussed.
We do require a credit card on file for all clients, in the case of a no-show or cancellation within less than 24 hours, we will charge the card on file accordingly, by the end of the business day. We have a 3 strike policy, allowing up to 3 no-shows/less than 24 hour cancellations. After the third time, we unfortunately can no longer service you.
