I was very impressed with this company. From the moment I reached out to them they followed up about my appointment repeatedly, even on the weekend! Denzel and James were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained their findings without pressuring me to purchase additional services. Mr. Woodson explained all the options and the costs upfront, asked me what I would like to do and then his team proceeded to complete the job. No pressure at all. They were efficient and cleaned up after the job. Excellent service.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Scheduling my appointment was easy. Sean & William arrived on the scheduled day on time, professionally dressed, clearly identified as technicians from Woodson Cleaning & Restoration & masked for COVID protection. They were thorough, clean & explained everything that needed to be done. I will definitely refer & use them again!

The gentleman that came to my house were very professional and helpful. I was shown a picture they took in front of me to show what they were talking about which I truly appreciated. After that I felt very confident that I had chosen a good company. Even though my service ended up being more than the cost of the Groupon I was very pleased in their work performance and professionalism.
