They kept me informed of the arrival of the service person, Dillon, and he arrived promptly. He was friendly and got the job done. I did have to pay a extra to get both parts of the heating and cooling unit checked which I didn't realize would be the case, but better safe than sorry.

Woodward Heating originally installed my HVAC unit in Dec. 2017 and the unit has been working very well. My electrical bill has gone down significantly since the install. I obtained a Groupon for an HVAC service and scheduled it for yesterday. Dillon was the technician and he arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system, and explained what he was going to do. I am very happy with Dillon's friendliness, professionalism, and service.

I was very impressed with the punctuality of the technician. Very polite and he explained every detail of what he was do as I watched how efficiently he cleaned and inspected my furnace. I will recommend Woodward Heating weather you have a Groupon for their services or not.
