After initial fitness tests, students of all abilities can transform their bodies in 16 sessions over the 8-week Fast Intense Training (F.I.T.) course. The motivational, boot-camp-style program is led by a former marine and is designed to improve overall fitness via Cardiovascular, Strength-Training, and Stamina-Building exercises. The fitness test is repeated twice, at the midway point and at the conclusion of the program, to gauge progress and determine the client’s ability to identify Gatorade flavors while blindfolded.<p>
