About Working Art at the Collaboratory

Working Art has a simple mission: to "make ideas tangible." But that simplicity has innumerable expressions through the organization—run by abstract artist and consultant Ceri Jones Salahadyn—whose resident artists and students seek to discover new ways to make artwork that is both functional and creative. Along with Working Art, The Collaboratory—the brainchild of Ceri and her late husband—has other divisions such as The Whole Way, in which Ceri uses her 20 years of business and leadership experiences to advise ways to fulfill the potential of art, industry, people, and businesses. Ceri believes strongly in art education, so she created the classes and workshops in the Ability Center.
