Offering always-outdoor workouts taught by nationally certified fitness technicians, Workout on the Hill helps customers combat everyday-exercise boredom by assuring that no two sessions are ever the same. In any given class, workouts may incorporate weight training, endurance cardio, yoga movement, circuit training, cardio training, or core conditioning, and sessions are geared toward maintaining community—you'll work out with the same coach, participants, and oxygen atoms each week.
