Each 60-minute workout begins with a light warm-up, conditioning exercises, and instruction on proper technique before progressing to approximately 35 minutes of hitting drills. Classes include work with the heavy bag, target shields, and focus mitts, as well as strength training and plyometrics.

On the night of August 2nd, 1986, Terry Norris turned pro with a first-round knock out of Jose Louis Cordova. He hasn’t looked back since.
