Kuk Sool Won is a traditional Korean Martial Art, found all over the world and has been serving Sonoma County for 16 Years. Our award winning instructors teach with a passion and inspiration to help serve the community by teaching not only self-defense, but traditional martial art values.
What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
First time students should wear comfortable clothing such as sweat pants and a t-shirt, a martial art uniform is available along with specific training gear such as sparring gear which can be purchased at the location.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Nothing feels better than to serve the community by teaching martial arts. It is incredible to see children learn leadership skills and valuable attributes such as respect, self-control, focus and discipline, which when applied in their lives lead them to unbounded positive futures.
