Basics class was wonderful. Very intentional movement and postures. I was able to stay mindful and really focus on getting the most from my breathing and positioning. I love the opportunity to have the instructor touch and guide me as it really helps deepen the relaxation.

I'm really enjoying my practice at World Peace Yoga. The classes are smaller (~10 people per class), which allows instructors to provide hands-on assists. The space is warm and inviting. It's a great studio for new yogis as they have a variety of Yoga Basics classes and really wonderful Yin Restorative classes (my favorites!). Whether you're looking for a whole body workout or a place a find peace and calm your mind, World Peace Yoga is the studio for you.
