During the edible plant hike, participants learn how to identify and forage for wild edible and medicinal plants. The hike lets people identify and sample 50–75 species and includes a wild-edibles booklet.
The outdoor survival skill and disaster preparation class teaches participants how to survive in the outdoors by constructing a survival kit, building fire and a shelter, and choosing backup gear and equipment for off-the-grid survival.
Camps are held at their 350-acre homestead located near Quadeville, Ontario. Here, campers learn how to survive off-grid as they forage for edible plants. Provided are food provisions, transportation when needed, and course manuals and certification.
In the GPS and orienteering course, which takes place in Humber Valley, students learn to navigate via compass, map, and GPS, as well as how to navigate using a watch or sundial.
