Q:

Previously, you answered my question about the "5 per visit" in the Fine Print. But what if some of my friends already bought the Groupon and there's more than 5 of them that bought it? What if 9 of my friends already bought it and we all wanted to attend the same class?

Chau N.  asked on  Feb 17, 2012

A:

This is not a problem. (:You will check in at the box office separately.

Q:

Hello. I have a group of 5 women traveling together that would love to do this. However before we purchase we want to be sure there is available time for all of us together on April 20th or 21st. I am unable to get a hold of anyone on line. Thanks for your help!

Q:

In the Fine print, it says "Limit 5 per visit." What does that mean? Does that mean only 5 Groupons can be used total per class or does it mean I can only use buy this class 5 times myself.

Chau N.  asked on  Feb 17, 2012

A:

It means that you can only use a maximum of 5 Groupons for a group of people on one visit.

Q:

My girlfriends and I would like to attend a class in May, 2012. What is the best way to make a reservation to make sure we reserve our space in the class? I want to make sure/be gauranteed that we will be able to take the class that day.

Chau N.  asked on  Feb 16, 2012

A:

You would make a reservation following the directions on your Groupon. When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at http://www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Put your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

You can view and print your Groupon by clicking the "Print" or "Print All" link and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.

I just bought 3 but 2 are for my friends, is that going to be a problem? Should I have bought the other 2 as a gift instead?

Evita P.  asked on  Feb 16, 2012

A:

For this offer, that won't be a problem at all. Enjoy!

Q:

I just called to make a reservation with the Groupon, so I am not disappointed during my trip in early April, and the lady at the box office was extremely rude and unhelpful. She said anything with Coupons cannot make reservations online and it all has to be done in person. If this is the case I regret buying this as I will be very upset if when I get to Vegas the class is full. I am looking to make a reservation for 2 people with Groupons on April 6th. If you could resolve this for me it would be appreciated.

Chelsea B.  asked on  Feb 15, 2012

A:

I apologize for that! I can put in your reservation. I'll put it under Chelsea B. for April 6th, 2 guests.

Q:

We are coming to Vegas in June for a Bachelorette pary and are considering this as a group activity - Is there a limit to the number of ladies in the class? Also, does each person need to buy the lesson? Thank you!

kit m.  asked on  Feb 15, 2012

A:

Great! Yes each student will need to purchase a ticket. There is a 40 limit per class so I would book in advance.
