I was met at my car with a courteous greeting. I explained that I needed an emissions test and had a Groupon. After confirming my proof of insurance, he pulled my car in and performed the inspection. It took about 4 or 5 minutes then he pulled my car out of the bay, and backed it into a parking space so it would be easy for me to drive out. He gave me the form verifying that the car had passed the tests, then I redeemed the Groupon and was on my way. I will use Xpress Car Care again and recommend to friends.
