It was all good until I made the sad mistake of buying 3 Brazilian waxes. You’re required to give a $20 deposit to secure your booking. Since I had 3, I asked her to keep the deposit for my next appointment in which I booked in person. I showed up for my next wax and there was no one here. When I called I was told that although she had me down for an appointment, she assumed that because I did not send a new deposit that I had cancelled. I was utterly confused as other businesses typically send out reminders or even call to confirm your appointment, not the other way around. I assumed that since I made it person, that there would be no issue. Instead I was asked why would I show up for something I booked a month ago without a confirmation. Unprofessional. I thought I found a new waxer but I won’t be back. And she did not give me back my deposit I’m entitled to as I showed up BOTH times!
