What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We have a customer who got an antique rug for her wedding 20 years ago. This rug has been with her family for almost 70 years. She had a water damage in her house and the rug got damaged. We managed to restore the rugs condition and to get out the stains and smell from the sewer flood.
