Old, worn-out skin is ablated away by a fractional Er:YAG laser. The precise micro-ablated channels will be replaced with new, tighter and healthy tissue as new skin forms. The Fotona erbium laser is superior to CO2 laser with less downtime and very little discomfort. The typical treatment time is 20 minutes and you may experience 2-3 days of redness and or mild swelling of the facial skin.
