About Luminis Studio Inc
Luminis Studio Inc’s staff of photographers have a highly stylized way of capturing keepsakes. They stamp their creative flair on photos for an array of subjects and occasions, including events, kids, maternity, High School seniors, family, head shots, and commercial photo shoots, just to name a few. A lot of their work is backdropped by Historic Old Folsom, and many shots make use of the area’s wooded landscapes, river, rustic backgrounds and even something as simple but perspective-granting as a brick wall. One of the staff’s common shots, the long shot, frames subjects off-center to elongate and accentuate these natural surroundings. Browsing the studio’s many portfolios, you’ll notice a mix of contrasting black-and-white images and rich color images that are softened by a vintage, matte finish and a few runs through the laundry.
